Here are 7 options for option traders for Thursday:

Teradyne (TER | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) had plenty of call buying. The stock closed at 12.79 and the August 12 1/2 calls (TER HV) closed at 0.90 - 1.05.

Textron (TXT | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) also had plenty of call buying ahead of earnings tomorrow. The stock closed at 89.60 and the August 90 calls (TXT HR) closed at 3.10 - 3.30.

FedEx (FDX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) had exceptional call buying. The stock closed at 112.45 and the August 115 calls (FDX HC) closed at 2.15 - 2.25.

Cisco (CSCO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) also had exceptional call activity. The stock closed at 18.00 and the August 17 1/2 calls (CYQ HW) closed at 1.05 - 1.10.

Flir Systems (FLIR | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) had plenty of put buying relative to call buying. The stock closed at 24.48 and the August 25 puts (FFQ TE) closed at 1.25 - 1.40.

Tom Online (TOMO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) also had plenty of put buying relative to call buying. The stock closed at 12.82 and the August 15 puts (QWX TC) closed at 2.65 - 2.90.

Bausch & Lomb (BOL | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) had plenty of put buying relative to call buying. The stock closed at 48.50 and the August 50 puts (BOL TJ) closed at 2.70 - 2.85.

Correction: In yesterday's column, I reported that Ingersoll Rand (IR) had plenty of put buying relative to call buying. This turned out to be incorrect. I stand corrected and apologize for the mistake.
