Tribune (TRB | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) will buy up to 64 million shares in a Dutch Auction. TRB's PowerRating is 4.

Innovex (INVX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) guided lower for Q3.

Royal Dutch Shell (RD | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at UBS.

Sirius (SIRI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) was upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Lehman. SIRI's PowerRating is 3.
